I am MSC certified with a clinical and professional background in Senior nursing management, Public health and overall health education—fields that shaped my ability to listen deeply, think critically, and hold space for growth in real, human ways.

 

With over 12 years experience, I have supported patients and guided students through academic and personal challenges. But over time, I realized what truly lit me up was helping people move forward—whether that was a student finding clarity in their dissertation or a patient rebuilding confidence after a setback. That passion led me to coaching.

 

Today, I work with people from all walks of life. You don’t have to be in healthcare or education to work with me—you just need a desire to grow. I coach professionals navigating change, creatives feeling stuck, parents juggling everything, and anyone who’s ready for more clarity, balance, or purpose in their lives.

 

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I bring the structure and problem-solving mindset from my nursing career and blend it with the insight, flexibility, and encouragement that powerful coaching requires.
